It is an introductory call to meet each other, experience what coaching is, discuss what you want to work on, what your barriers and opportunities are and how I can support you. If the desired outcome is unknown or has no clarified goals, we will go through every area of your life to determine your most important values and urging topics for you. We will clarify all details, answer any questions you may have, select the most appropriate package and fix appointments.
*Why only £7.00? The reason there is a tiny fee for the session is because then we both know the appointment is confirmed and that you are fully committed. Oftentimes, when something is free of charge people don’t value it and take it lightly. Once there is a payment, no matter how small it is, our mindset is different and will increase the possibilities of the actual meeting.
