My Mission

I support coaches to bridge the gap between being an excellent coach and being a successful business owner.

My Specialisation

My goal in life is to provoke thoughts and make a positive impact in whatever way I can. I am a coach and mentor to coaches, business owners and entrepreneur spirits in my community. I use my business acumen, expert leadership skills and passion for development to help business leaders reach their full potential and achieve success in ways they can’t accomplish alone. I work with coaches because I believe in the power of making a better world together. Due to group coaching I am able to reach more people over less time and offer my service at a lower price point. By coaching coaches I multiply my mission and the ripple effect on our global community echoes. Decisions are an important part of our lives and to be able to run a successful business we must make decisions promptly.

I offer 1:1 and group coaching, mentor coaching and supervision, I run courses for coaches and I organise online events: masterminds, business workshops with group coaching, feedback sessions, summits, business decision coaching networks and personal assessments.

Why Business Coaching?

Many people become coaches because they love the idea of coaching, dedicated to making a difference in people's life or someone tells them that they are good at listening and they should consider taking coaching as a profession. So they may or may not quit their job, spend thousands of dollars on courses, then they don't know how to start or struggle to stay in business. So they spend another couple of thousands on courses to get better, offer pro bono sessions to gain more experience, then they may pay for marketing experts to help them find clients.. “After all, many coaches end up leaving the field or becoming burnt out because they cannot make sufficient money or find enough clients (Rivera & Rivera, 2019).”

I also started building my coaching business going with the mainstream trend. I came across many ads on how to find clients, how to build funnels or how to earn 6 figures within 90 days. I thought that was the key in the lock. I attended webinars after webinars, courses, networking events, put myself out on social media and got in contact with people specialised in marketing. I was busy but not productive.

Then I learned that finding clients is almost only the cherry on the cake. Running a business has a lot more to it. I was coached and mentored by high profile business people and I mastered some very powerful techniques and strategies. I now incorporate all my knowledge into my structured group coaching packages so you can master them too. It includes everything you need to run a successful business.

Working with people is not only about coaching but we also need to know and understand the business side of it. There are many great experts out there and if you want to be a professional and be successful then you must get paid for it. The business side of things is boring, complex and not so easy to do. Most people dislike social media, building the website, dislike marketing or sales, are unfamiliar with the legal side or have no confidence in quoting the price for their services. Well, to be a successful coach we must build the business side of thighs. You don't have to do everything yourself but at least know what running a coaching business involves.

Why Decision Making?

Making decisions that move you forward and create a better life are necessary. We often hesitate and don’t make a decision because we don’t want to make the wrong decision. Especially with major, life changing matters. When working through an important decision, it is natural to feel overwhelmed, anxious, pressured, confused, frustrated, stressed and emotionally distracted. Indecision can cause more problems than making a poor choice. However, not making a decision is also a decision and such, has a reason. If we don’t decide for ourselves, someone else will decide for us. There are no right or wrong decisions. Just decisions. I offer you accountability and support. Not the knowledge but the result is important.

I am the right coach for you if you:

  • Face uncertainties
  • Struggle to make major decisions
  • Have multiple opportunities and can’t choose
  • ARe working through a problem and need support
  • Others are trying to influence your path
  • Hesitate often
  • Have lack of accountability
  • Don’t have or can’t see the goals clearly
  • Experience stress, anxiety or regret due to indecisiveness
  • Feel stuck and unmotivated

Following our thought-provoking coaching conversations you will be able to:

  • Make clearer, long term decisions
  • Hesitate less and act more
  • Set goals and work towards them
  • Confidently calculate risks and rewards
  • Listen to your intuition more effectively
  • Allow less influence on your decisions from others
  • Identify habits, patterns and routines that limit your beliefs
  • Getting to know yourself on a deeper level

My Decisions

I lived in 6 countries and visited almost 50. Experienced different cultures: Middle East, Asia, Europe and North America. Worked in different industries, including education, hospitality, events, agriculture, management, mentoring and coaching. These workplaces included private sectors, government schemes, community work and corporate companies. Worked with all ages during my gymnastics coaching, from the age of 6 months to the elderly. Achieved a fantastic career within sports coaching and management in the last 20 years. Studied in different fields in several countries. Participated in countless sports and activities: gymnastics, dance, martial arts, swimming, rock climbing and many more. Had numerous great relationships and friendships, some for only a short term, others for life. Went through complications with my family. I don’t have a child by choice. And I am currently dealing with a rare and progressive motor neurone disease. Overall, I am satisfied and happy. My life is a colourful piece and I am proud of who I am today and how I got here. I have many future plans and dreams I still want to achieve.

Am I Lucky?

People often call me lucky, show envy or think I am not grounded. As young as a child, when I told my friends about something exciting that happened to me, I always had a bitter comment on how good it was for me. And yes. Although I don’t agree with them and I just smile when I hear such comments, I can see why they have that opinion. Because I make choices that others don’t. Because I want to experience things that others are afraid of. Because no matter what happens I always see the benefit of the result and not the down side. Because I have the courage to trust myself and believe that everything happens for a reason. Because I make decisions when needed and jump on opportunities when they are presented to me. Due to all these, everything is in flow. It can suggest that I am lucky and life is just too sweet to me. But what people don’t see is that making certain decisions has a price. I am a perfectionist, I like to avoid the ordinary and I tend to burn myself out when I don’t find a balance between my drive and taking care of myself. We can’t have everything in life. When we decide on a certain road, we must let go of so many others. Depending on our goals, beliefs and mindset, we must make decisions that move us forward. And we all have opportunities, one way or the other. Oftentimes, we just choose to ignore them or decide to take the easy way out. I grew up in a poor Hungarian village with a population of 500 people. Moving forward and finding opportunities were not easy. However, I decided what I wanted to do and I worked for it. I planned ahead, took calculated risks, used my creativity and I prepared for failure. When I failed, I learnt from it, then I moved on. I acted the way I felt was most efficient and I aimed to live life to the fullest. My aim is still the same today. And you can do it too.

Make the decision today. I can’t wait to work with you and move our life forward together. Contact me HERE
