Starting a coaching business or running it the way that makes you satisfied is not easy. You need to focus on so many moving parts. There is a lot of competition out there. You need to understand every aspect of your business since you are the only person for now. Maybe you are limited on resources and constantly face new challenges everyday.
Be a part of my unique Business Workshop with Group Coaching, where you will be together with other like-minded entrepreneurs.
Why is this Workshop unique? Because not only will you learn useful tools and grow from workshop exercises - you will benefit from group coaching - which is incorporated into the event. When working with others, you are part of a community where you support each other, hold each other accountable, and find out that you are not alone in the process of building a business.
Participants join from different countries and cultures with a wide variety of expertise, all working towards similar goals. We can all learn from each other, no matter where you are in your business, because everyone knows something that others don't.
The Business Workshop with Group Coaching focuses on 2 areas:
- How to prepare for your first paying client (most asked question among new coaches): You will discover all areas that need to be prepared before your potential first paying client approaches you.
- How to run a successful coaching business: You will be introduced to the 12 core business competencies and how you can make strategic decisions on moving your coaching practice forward.

- You are involved in daily tasks and you can not see where you are heading.
- You are leading everything on your own, fulfilling all the roles and you get lost in tasks.

My Mission
My mission is to support coaches to bridge the gap between being a great coach and being a successful coaching business owner. If you are serious about becoming a thriving coach who makes a huge impact on people's lives in whatever way you can, then come and work with me. Whether you are just starting out or you have been trying to take off for a while, this opportunity will be an excellent starting point for you to run your own coaching practice without working for others, going broke, or giving up once and for all.

Dates and Times
Free Business Workshops with Group Coaching run once a month, 2 sessions per day to accommodate global time zones.
Please complete the application form below and indicate which date and time you are interested in. Once your form is submitted, I will share the Zoom link with you.

There will be no “housekeeping” or “let’s wait until more people join”: we only have 60 minutes together, so join early to make sure your Zoom is working.

PS: Coaching is delicate and sharing within a group setting requires trust. Therefore there will be no recording, so book your spot now. If you are unable to attend your booked timeslot, please inform me on enquiry@coaching4decision.com and you may book your space for the next occasion.
PS: Register in advance as there will be pre-event engagement. This is necessary for me to tailor the workshop as much as possible to the interest of attendees. Each workshop is slightly different depending on the attendees and the group dynamic.
