It is an introductory call to meet each other, discuss what you want to work on, what your barriers and opportunities are and how I can support you. We will clarify all details, answer any questions you may have, select the most appropriate package and fix appointments.

*Why only £7.00? The reason there is a tiny fee for the session is because then we both know the appointment is confirmed and that you are fully committed. Oftentimes, when something is free of charge people don’t value it and take it lightly. Once there is a payment, no matter how small it is, our mindset is different and will increase the possibilities of the actual meeting.

This is a standard mentoring/supervising package including a number of calls within a certain period of time frame.

The package includes analysing 3 coaching recordings per session which will be discussed on our call alongside progressions moving forward. Recordings to be submitted at least 72 hours before our call.

You may record all sessions for further reference. Additionally, a shared worksheet is used between you and I to provide more accountability and support in achieving your goals.

Preparing to become a quality coach is a process and can not be completed in one or two sessions. Depending on your goals, the level where you are at now and the quality you want to reach, the duration of the packages can vary.

• 3 sessions – 3 months: the package includes 3 x 90 minutes sessions that expire 3 months from the start date.
• 6 sessions – 6 months: the package includes 6 x 90 minutes sessions that expire 6 months from the start date.

Preparing to become a quality coach is a process and can not be completed in one or two sessions. Depending on your goals, the level where you are at now and the quality you want to reach, the duration of the packages can vary. To determine the most suitable options for yourself, you may book a Chemistry Session.

However, if you think you only require a quick pair of eyes and ears, to help face you into the right directions or you need some feedback before submitting your recordings for your exam, then you may book a single session.

This option includes analysing 2 coaching recordings which will be discussed on our call alongside progressions moving forward. Recording to be submitted at least 48 hours before our call.
